HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1. Click the t-shirt you would like to purchase.
2. Choose your size and color. Some designs only print on certain shirt colors.
3. After you make your size and color selection, click “Add To Cart”. You can view your cart at any time here.
4. Continue shopping and do this for as many shirts as you need. When done, proceed to checkout by clicking the basket icon in the upper right of the screen or by clicking here.
5. Check out by entering your shipping address and verifying your order details.
6. Credit card payments are accepted online with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, they process your credit card payment for us on their secure website. Click the “Proceed To Paypal” button to process your credit card.
7. After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order information. You will also receive an email confirmation from PayPal. Our merchant account is under the name of our parent company, “Tri-City Tees”.
8. When your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information if it is available.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship within the continental United States for $6.80 Flat Rate Shipping. If you spend more than $75 on your order you receive free shipping. We generally use USPS or UPS for shipping from our Richland, WA location. Free pickup is available for local residents. Processing time varies and depends on the size of your order. Most orders are processed within 7-14 days. Large orders may take longer to process.
As each one of our shirts are made-to-order, we do not issue refunds.
